  • Obtaining and reviewing Plot Plans/Surveys to ensure no encroachment issues

  • Preparing and record Declaration of Homestead if property will be the primary residence

  • Reviewing and explaining settlement statements and closing documents to buyer

  • Attending and conducting the closings

  • Recording all necessary documents at the requisite Registry of Deeds

  • Disbursing and taking care of all post-closing items and any potential issues
