Law Office of Boris B. Maiden

Anna started working at Boris B. Maiden, Attorney at Law since her arrival to the United States in 2002. Starting out as a legal assistant, Anna joined the firm as an associate attorney upon graduating from Northeastern University School of Law.  Anna represents clients in a wide variety of matters, such as real estate transactions, loan modifications and workouts, bankruptcy and estate planning.     

 

While in law school, Anna worked as an intern U.S. Attorney’s Office; Securities and Exchange Commission; Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. and Donovan Hatem LLP. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Anna is a member of Trusts and Estates Consortium; National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Massachusetts Chapter and provides pro bono legal services to indigent clients through Volunteer Lawyers Project.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts.

 

Anna is fluent in Russian and German and speaks conversational Ukrainian.
